WORSHIP SERVICES
Worship inspires when it weaves together many creative, artistic, faithful elements. Our goal when we gather is to share sacred space and time in which we are invited to move closer to the Divine and to one another. We celebrate with music, sacraments, prayers, movement, visual arts, architecture, dance, spoken word and song. We hope to leave worship energized to follow where God leads, to meet Jesus in the world, gifted by the presence of the Spirit.
We worship three different ways each week. We offer these gatherings to accommodate varying schedules and needs of our community. We meet for live, interactive worship online in Zoom Sundays at 9:00. We gather onsite in the sanctuary at 10:45. We also gather for Worship in the Garden on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 in the warmer months and in Cook/Diller Lounge in the colder seasons.

Our services are lead by the Rev. Susan Phillips; our chaplain, Tim Haworth;
our music director, Becky Kemp; and our musicians, Nichol DelGiorno and Emily Wheeler.

FPC Honored to Host the
Illinois COVID Memorial
The fragrance of these flowers called our attention to the sorrow of more than 8400 families in Illinois whose loved ones have died of COVID19 as of this week. We were asked to host a memorial or these families and friends yesterday at @lincolnschurch. It was our honor to do so. May we live in ways that protect one another’s wellbeing.
