Biannual church-sponsored musical events include two Brown Bag Recital series, which take place on Wednesdays during Advent and Lent. The half-hour midday recitals offer a variety of musical presentations by local and visiting artists, such as a vocal chamber ensemble, an early music ensemble, organists, a brass ensemble, a soprano soloist, and a string quartet. The audience is invited to enjoy lunch during the concerts, and delicious "brown bag lunches" may be purchased at the door.
