Child Care
The mission of the First Presbyterian Church Nursery is to provide quality child care in a warm, caring atmosphere. Our nursery is staffed by many loving care-givers and managed by Nancy Betz. Infant and child care (up to 5 years of age) begins at 8:45 AM and lasts until 11:45 AM. The nursery is also available for other special events.

Nancy A. Betz
As one of the Child Care Providers, I am very appreciative to be part of the First Presbyterian Church organization. Whether a “child” is a family member, or a member from the congregation, we listen to God’s voice, teaching that a few quiet moments with God are worth a thousand steps.
The children are separated by ages, with two rooms available and staffed at all times. The youngest, non-walkers are in the east room. The older toddlers are in the west room. Both of these rooms are on the first floor of the Education Wing and are visible through windows in the hallway and "The Commons"/ Fellowship Hall.
During the Sunday School hour, toddlers hear Bible stories and songs and do related arts and crafts activities. We offer a light snack and/or a drink for your child. We will be happy to serve special diet snacks to him/her upon request.
Nancy Betz has been bringing things in for the kids to play with and right now the favorite is a set of flashlights. They turn the lights out and have a blast!
